Located in absolute tranquility and out of sight, Villa Alaro is an oasis of peace and privacy in an idyllic setting with breathtaking landscapes, at the foot of the Tramuntana, a mountain range listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Built in 2022, this Finca-style villa is designed in such a way that you have views over the entire estate by harmoniously merging indoor and outdoor spaces. The design combines the modernity of open spaces with plenty of light according to the Spanish and especially the Majorcan tradition of exposed stone and massive beams. This combined with tastefully chosen furniture makes this villa an absolute must.

The villa is built on 57,000 m2 of gardens that offer absolute tranquility and shelter. The main house has an area of 600m2 on 3 floors:
Garden level: 120m2 living room from where you overlook the whole area, American kitchen with a large central island, dining room with a glass designer table for 14 guests. A large generous entrance on the white marble staircase around which the whole house is built. A guest bedroom with private bathroom and a shared bathroom can be found on this level.
1st floor: 2 large bedrooms each with a 25m2 terrace. A children's room, with 2 beds each 90 cm wide. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom. Furthermore, a relaxation area with beautiful views of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Patio first floor: 200 m2 that opens onto a patio that invites you to bask in the Jacuzzi designed for 4 people. The stones on the facade, typical of Mallorca, give an unmistakable romantic shower. Enjoy a huge open gym and make use of a rowing machine, an elliptical trainer or a large punching bag. The finest relaxation offers the hammam and the Sauna. A large bathroom with a shower for 2 completes the relaxation so you will be revitalized to enjoy the beauty of foreign landscapes. 2 large bedrooms overlooking the flowered patio, each with its own bathroom, complete this warmly designed space.

The 60 m2 outdoor veranda is the centerpiece where you can dine at a huge table for 14 guests, and the outdoor lounge also exudes that typical Mediterranean charm. Surrounded by a green lawn, you feel a pleasant freshness even in August, and the barbecue and outdoor kitchen invite culinary moments. The estate is full of Mediterranean fruits: lemons, figs, plums, almonds that you can just use. A guest house of 60 m2 is available to accommodate additional people and a large parking lot for 6 cars is completely at your disposal.
