Having stayed at many Elegant villas around the world, Villa Turquoise was a real treat to my family and I as it has a real sense of ambiance and homeliness which calms my mind, captures the Mediterranean Sea with a magnificent view of nature with the true spirit of the South of France. We loved the views, the pool and the quality of the house where no expense was spared by the workmanship given when this home was built. We always feel relaxed here especially with the palm trees and the south facing sun beaming down on the pool and garden every day.
This Villa has everything we needed, it is very well Interior designed with an immaculate cleaning service. We took advantage of the sauna, pool, BBQ and an incredibly well designed and utilised kitchen. The location was extremely convenient for journeys to Monaco, Cannes and the Cap’d Antibes itself, which is a must for walking around. As this is my 3rd time here, We will definitely come back again as there is so much to see.

We had a wonderful stay in October 2021. The villa is incredible – so spacious, light and airy – it was a true delight to kick back and enjoy the space, especially after the last few years of travel and holidays restricted by Covid. The villa is beautiful and really high spec but still has that home from home feel that makes for a truly relaxing holiday. We all loved it but our three kids in particular loved the pool and the outside space and they all absolutely adored having their own rooms with double beds, a great treat for them! The master bedroom is lovely and the upstairs balcony stretching the full width of the villa is a great spot for relaxing. This is a lovely place to enjoy some family time but also a great place to lose the kids for a while in a different part of the villa if you need some down time as the place is absolutely huge!! We were a small group, but the villa would be great for large family gatherings and we can’t wait to visit the villa again soon. Great location for exploring too, although we didn’t do too much of that as we liked being in the villa so much 😊😊

What an enchanting place to stay! Nothing short of spectacular. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s and hotels and I can truly say that this property sets the golden standard by which all future accommodations will be compared. We landed in Nice, rented a car and was able to drive to the villa within 45 minutes. With views of the Mediterranean out of every window, you can tell that every aspect/detail of the property has been carefully calculated to optimize relaxation and enjoyment.

Upon our arrival, the property manager was waiting for us at the gate to the community to let us in. Our French is non-existent and he thankfully spoke wonderful English. The next 20 min were spent walking through every inch of the home, answering any questions we had. As he departed he handed us the keys/garage clicker to the villa before leaving us with his contact information in case any issues were to arise.

Private pool, sauna, gym, BBQ, and a kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The property was spotless with a plethora of fresh linens for our use. The villa is conveniently located in Antibes between Cannes and Nice. We would run down to the old town in Antibes daily to pick up produce/meat to cook that night back at the Villa. If you have the opportunity to stay, take it! You won’t regret the decision.

We visited Villa Turquoise in September 2018 as part of our honeymoon. It looks great from the photographs, but it is even more amazing when you see it in person! The Villa itself is extremely modern, and stylishly decorated. The Master Bedroom is pure luxury, I can’t remember ever having such a good nights’ sleep than in that bed!
The views out to the French Riviera are stunning, and sitting on the balcony with a coffee and that scenic view is the perfect way to start the day. It was pure paradise, and would highly recommend visiting….we would definitely love to go back! (R Shields)

The location is perfect, as it is just a short drive to some of the most beautiful places in the south of France. Provisions are easy as the local amenities are within walking distance. This is my third year of staying and again it is 10 out of 10 from me." Adrian from GB.

What can I say.....The Villa was everything we were looking for and more. Thank you so much.

My family and I, rented the house for two weeks and it was fantastic ! I would highly recommend the house and homesud to everyone! In fact, I'm trying to persuade my husband to come back again.

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend staying at Villa Turquoise in May 2016

The beautiful villa is certainly a lot larger than it appeared in the pictures.

It is a tastefully appointed, newly built villa which has been cleverly designed to take advantage of the renowned clarity of light associated with that beautiful region. Almost all the accommodation benefits from the wonderful, natural light.

The rooms were a really good size with substantial areas for the lounge and dining space. The clean, modern and well equipped kitchen was a particularly large and popular area with us.

The lounge patio doors opened up to extend the living space onto the terrace which was complemented by an outdoor dining area and more soft seating from where we enjoyed our early evening drinks.

In addition to the TV in the lounge there is a television room (which we called the cinema) and is connected to cable /satellite reception.

Each of the five bedrooms was large with a generous sized on-suite. Again, bright and very well appointed. Three of them led onto the large balcony with super views of the bay in the distance.

Outside, the grounds were kept impeccably and beautifully landscaped. Plenty of comfortable pool-side seating and loungers.

The swimming pool itself is clearly well maintained. Safe and welcoming!

The location of the villa, sitting above Antibes, was ideal for us. It is in a quiet part of a secure gated residential area with all the amenities relatively within easy reach.

This Villa is a hidden gem! We could not have asked for more. There are stunning views from all of the balconies on every level overlooking the sea, and there still remained a huge amount of privacy by the way the property is set into the hillside.


It had everything you could possibly need and was spacious, air conditioned and clean, and in a nice, quiet street. We can't fault it, and will be renting it again on our next visit. The entire family loved it and we can't wait to stay again, it was worth every Euro!

Villa moderne et spacieuse avec un bon équipement pour 10 à 12 personnes, de bons lits, de grandes tables et un bel auvent où l'on peut s'asseoir à l'extérieur, un beau jardin et une piscine chauffée. Homesud est intervenu rapidement lorsque quelque chose ne fonctionnait pas.

Quite simply a dream villa. Beautiful and stylish throughout with every room being spacious. Balconies with views of the sea and a pool area that is stunning, even the lilos and pool drink holders were provided! Gets the sun all day and has a shaded seating area that you can chill in with family and friends whenever it takes your fancy. Set on a private estate it is calm and quiet, perfect for relaxing, but is still very close to all the amenities you need. Great restaurants around, along with a large supermarket that wants for nothing if you are a foodie that loves cooking. The fresh fish selection was incredible. A holiday we will not forget for all the right reasons. Brilliant - P & J, Ascot - England.
