This beautiful air-conditioned stone house is located in a natural area with no neighbours and comfortably sleeps 12 people. . You occupy the entire property privately. You will also find a heated, secure salted swimming pool, an outdoor shower, jacuzzi, sun loungers on the 100m2 wooden terrace with fabulous views of the Cité and the Pyrenees. The terrace is further equipped with garden furniture, BBQ and firepit. The property is closed with an automatic gate and there are numerous parking spaces on the property as well as an 11kW electric charging point.

The spacious 210m2 villa was completely renovated in 2022 based on an eco-responsible approach. It has a total of 9 rooms including a games room with table football, TV room with full Canal+, library, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd fridge) in the basement. On the ground floor (with air conditioning) you will find the fully equipped kitchen with large central island, living room with TV as well as a double bedroom with private bathroom.

On the first floor (with air conditioning) there are two triple bedrooms and two double bedrooms all with private bathrooms.

In less than 10 minutes' walk, you can reach numerous restaurants, even 2 with Michelin stars, shops, bars and museums. The region also offers many events and activities.
