Within walking distance of the attractive village of Flayosc, in the middle of the Provence, you will find this air-conditioned villa with a large private swimming pool (with electric cover) and a beautiful view.
Flayosc has a nice centre with shops, terraces and restaurants. You are also in Lorgues in no time, very well known for its extensive market and the truffle restaurant Bruno. Visiting wineries, walking, cycling and a day at the beach: it's all possible!
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on a fenced plot with an electric gate. You will reach the car park and garage. You can walk around the villa to a large terrace which is connected to the kitchen. By walking you reach the beautiful swimming pool where sun beds are waiting for you on the sun terrace. The pool is equipped with an electric cover and lighting. You will enjoy all the privacy and a wonderful view. The terrain is flat: children can play here.
Inside is an entrance hall, a beautiful living room where, in a separate part, there is an excellent sofa bed for 2 persons. There is a sitting area and a dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has terrace doors and here is the first bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, one with a balcony. These rooms share the second bathroom.
