Description
Villa La Vie en Rose with private pool, located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped domain; only accessible to residents and tenants of the villas present on the park. The domain includes a private beach (sloping gently) with a restaurant where 4 sun beds are always reserved for you. Villa La Vie en Rose is situated on the green of the golf course and is separated from it by a hedge.
The centre of Sainte Maxime is about 3 km away and 1 km outside the domain you will find bakeries, greengrocers, and a campsite (in season). At the villa there is a parking space for
3 cars.
In this villa you have your own pool, and in the domain, there is also a large communal pool with a children's pool, where there is surveillance in high season. There is also a volleyball court, table tennis tables and a tennis court (reservation required). There are swings for the little children. Of course, you can also play golf.
The plot on which the detached villa is located is fenced and the pool is still separately enclosed with a fence. There is a separate, shallow part by the pool where small children can play nicely. On the adjoining terrace, there is beautiful garden furniture for you to enjoy.
The planting in the garden ensures complete privacy and the whole thing is well maintained. From the terraces you look out over the garden, the swimming pool and you also enjoy a (small) view of the bay of Saint-Tropez.
Through the entrance you enter a spacious living room with a dining area and a separate kitchen.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and patio doors. The other 2 bedrooms, each also with en-suite bathroom, are on the first floor. They have access to a balcony.
