Villa Jaune is a fully renovated villa tastefully decorated with high-quality furnishings and is located on a gated estate within walking distance of the historic village of Grimaud. A 10-minute drive will take you to the port of Port Grimaud and the beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the covered terrace you have a nice view of the medieval castle of Grimaud. In this beautiful and bright house, all rooms and bedrooms are on the ground floor. The contemporary living room is colourfully and attractively decorated with a comfortable seating area. Following on from this is the dining room with a 6-seater dining table and French doors opening onto the terrace with swimming pool. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, including a microwave, oven, dishwasher, tall fridge with separate freezer compartment, hob, coffee maker and kettle. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower and a king-size bed (180x200). The 2nd bedroom also has a king-size bed and shares the bathroom (with bath, shower and double washbasin) with the 3rd bedroom, which has two single beds (80x200). The (in low season) heated private pool is rectangular in shape and measures 7 x 3 m and has a maximum depth of 1.5 m. On the terrace next to the pool are four sun loungers. A lovely place where you will undoubtedly spend a lot of time is the covered terrace by the pool. Here you will find a lounge set and a dining table for 6. Here you will also find the gas barbecue and have a beautiful view of the medieval castle of Grimaud.

Villa La Vie en Rose with fenced private swimming pool and four bedrooms with their own bathrooms, is located in a quiet and beautifully landscaped golf estate by the sea near Sainte-Maxime; accessible only to residents and tenants of the villas on the estate. The golf estate The estate has a private beach (gently sloping) with a restaurant where four sun loungers are always reserved for you. On the estate there is a communal swimming pool with a children\'s pool, which is supervised during the high season. There is also a volleyball court, table tennis tables and a tennis court (reservation required). For the little ones there are swings. Of course, you can also enjoy a wonderful round of golf. The centre of Sainte Maxime is about 3 km away, and 1 km outside the estate you will find bakeries, vegetable stalls and a campsite shop (in season). Villa La Vie en Rose Exterior - Villa La Vie en Rose is located on a fenced plot (924m2) next to a green of the golf course and is separated from it by trees and a hedge: you enjoy complete privacy. There is parking for 3 cars next to the house. Adjacent to the villa is a spacious, covered terrace with two garden tables and lounge beds. Access to the kitchen is ideal and a large gas barbecue completes the whole: you will enjoy many meals here. A path in the lawn leads you to the beautiful, fenced swimming pool (9x4m). Next to the pool is a sun terrace with a lounge set and sun loungers. The pool is equipped with a shallow area where children can play happily. There is a flat lawn with a slide and a playhouse. There is also a table tennis table. From the terraces you look out over the garden, the pool and enjoy a (small) view of the Bay of Saint-Tropez. Interior - Through the entrance you come into a spacious living room with dining area and a separate kitchen and a utility room. Large patio doors open onto the garden and the villa is beautifully furnished with luxury furniture. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds made up with beautiful linen.
