Villa Leopard is a recently renovated and modernly furnished villa within walking distance of the picturesque medieval village of Grimaud and 6 km from the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. From the terraces, there are beautiful views over the surroundings and the medieval castle of Grimaud.
The main house is spread over two floors (with no internal connection) connected via the terrace with a staircase along the outside. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and two flats on the ground floor. The 5th bedroom is in a detached cottage. All bedrooms have king-size beds (180×200) and air conditioning. The plot is fully fenced and has an automatic gate with space to park 4 cars.
The first floor houses the living room, dining room, a luxurious and fully equipped kitchen as well as the master suite with en-suite bathroom. There is also a 2nd bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet and a large terrace with magnificent views over the surrounding area and Grimaud Castle. The terrace has a large dining table for 10 people for atmospheric lunches and dinners, a large lounge area and a gas barbecue. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge with separate freezer compartment, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.
The ground floor is at garden level where you will also find the rectangular private pool measuring 8 x 5 m and a maximum depth of 1.5 m. The pool is heatable in the early and late season and equipped with an electric cover. On the terrace next to the pool are several sunbeds and seating areas and a large dining table. There is an outdoor kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and gas barbecue.
On the ground floor are the three separate flats, each with individual access:
"Pool apartment": luxury flat with quality king-size bed, private sitting area, bathroom and a kitchenette with dining area. The flat has a covered terrace and air conditioning.
"La Gîte": same as above and with its own private terrace.
"Garden suite": luxury bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning and covered terrace.
The kitchenettes are equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and cooking utensils. There is also a general laundry room with washing machine, dryer, hoover, ironing board and iron.
Villa Leopard can be booked for up to 10 people. Outside the high season it is possible to stay at a reduced rate for up to 6 people, in which case two flats will be closed off and not accessible. For prices and bookings contact us.
