The large private swimming pool, secured with an electric roller cover, is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy the southern French sun.
Just 10 minutes away, you will find the famous Tuesday market in Lorgues, where you can enjoy the Provençal atmosphere. The nearby beaches of Sainte Maxime, just 45 km away, are also easily accessible.
On the almost 6000 m2 plot, you can enjoy playing on the play equipment with swing and slide, while relaxing in the hammock. The illuminated boules court and table tennis table offer the necessary relaxation and the spacious pool with sun loungers and stylish cushions is the perfect place to unwind.
The villa is tastefully decorated with a feel for the region by the Dutch owners, who ensure a warm and homely atmosphere. The cosy living room with fireplace and dining table offers inviting access to the terraces through French doors. The mezzanine with an extra seating area offers the possibility to watch television.
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is fully equipped to turn your meal into a Provençal celebration. The adjoining utility room offers additional storage space and the washing machine.
