Description
Villa Kees is a magnificent, luxurious, air-conditioned villa, a dream for families with children. There is a large playground with climbing equipment, swings and a trampoline, a boules court and a wide view. Villa Kees has a large, fenced-in property with a heated private pool and poolhouse, close to the well-known and beloved Lorgues. This village is known for its renowned restaurants and wineries. Every Tuesday there is a market where you can buy fresh, local produce and then relax on one of the terraces. The Saint Endreol golf course is less than 30km away and the sandy beaches of Sainte-Maxime are less than 45km from this villa.
From the driveway you overlook the pool and arrive at the parking. The pool has a beautiful shape and is equipped with a water alarm. There is a poolhouse with a plancha and fridge, and next to the pool is a shower. Enjoy your meals 'al fresco' in the poolhouse or on the covered terrace adjoining the villa. The grounds are flat and for children there is a table tennis table, a climbing frame with swings and a trampoline.
Inside a spacious living area with large glass panels that offer you the incredible beautiful view. The seating area is by the fireplace, in the extension a dining table and looking through you see the bar that gives access to the kitchen. In the hall a guest toilet and access to the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, also each with their own bathroom. In all bedrooms there are two luxurious continental beds pushed together.
