In an exclusive domain at walking distance from the charming Malaucène and at the foot of Mont Ventoux, you will find this beautiful villa. Its location is ideal: you can do everything on foot and leave your car at home. In Malaucène you will find stores, restaurants with terraces and a weekly market on Friday. If you like cycling, this is also the place to be: Mont Ventoux is waiting for you.

Villa Beau Provence has its own enclosed grounds with a private heatable swimming pool (secured by an electric crane). The covered terrace, which crosses the villa from one side to the other, is a focal point. There is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a dining table. Then there is a nice ling room on a terrace and sun loungers await you on the pool terrace.

The owners are architects, and it shows large expanses of glass with views, a beautiful combination of concrete, steel, glass and wood, with wood playing a significant role. The beautiful designer furniture completes the ensemble. The open kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room you can enjoy the comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV. In addition, there is a double bedroom here with an en-suite bathroom and a guest toilet.

Upstairs you will find 3 more bedrooms. One bedroom for two, and two bedrooms for three. There is a separate toilet and bathroom.

A sustainable system has been installed in villa Beau Provence: a heat pump provides cool air in the warm months and warm air in the cold months. The temperature is not adjustable, but the difference from outside is very pleasant and refreshing, even during the nights. This cooling system is indicated as air conditioning at this villa.

There is a carport for 2 cars and inside the estate you can also park.

The domain is next to a spa with an excellent restaurant. Orange and Avignon are unique cultural cities where you can visit one of the many festivals. The wine castles with tastings are also a wonderful experience.
