Villa Roullière, with its generous living space, sits majestically amidst approximately 5 acres of typical Mediterranean countryside. The interior of the villa is contemporary and bright. High-quality materials have been used throughout to make the interior tasteful and sophisticated: terracotta and natural stone floors, exposed beams and fireplaces in the double sitting room and main suite.

Upon entering, there is a grand hallway and staircase with three overhanging majestic chandeliers. Through the bright hallway you reach the kitchen (with a large window) with access to the 80 sq. ft. open living room with dining area. This is bright and spacious and has French doors to the garden. There is a large professional kitchen fully equipped with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 1 wine cellar and 2-burner stove.

Villa Rouillère has 8 luxury bedrooms, two of which have private and independent entrances. Each bedroom offers optimal comfort with a flat-screen television with international channels, a shower room, a dressing room and a safe. It is possible to arrange each of these rooms as a double room, depending on your party.
Each room of the villa overlooks the spacious garden.

There is a home theater, an extremely comfortable place to enjoy movies projected on a large screen. This room is equipped with a streaming service with several international channels.

The 20m² gym is fully equipped with professional equipment such as a bicycle, rowing machine, weights, fitness mats and a flat-screen television. Outside there is a large heated swimming pool (12 x 6 meters) and an outdoor lounge which, surrounded by lush vegetation and flowers, is also a pleasant (covered) space for dining.

Villa Rouillère is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden and sunbathing by the pool. From the edge of the property, a path winds through the fragrant Provençal scrub to the vine-covered hills, with breathtaking and panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the Southern Alps, the Lérins Islands and the Bay of Cannes.
