Discover this beautiful and comfortable luxury villa on a beautiful golf estate in Sainte Maxime, with breathtaking sea views, private heatable pool and air conditioning in all five bedrooms. This lively seaside resort offers plenty of entertainment throughout the year, including several good restaurants, nice stores, a beautiful promenade, a port and white sandy beaches. Relax at one of the beach bars, where you can enjoy delicious cuisine and comfortable sunbeds. And if you are looking for even more adventure, take the ferry to Saint Tropez!
The villa has a two-car garage and a parking space. Outside, you will find several covered terraces with seating areas and a lounge, as well as a large dining table where you can enjoy a meal together and sunbeds for relaxing. There is even a bocce court at the side of the villa!
Inside, there is a spacious open living space, with a lower sitting area and a seating area 'panoramique', where you can enjoy the sea views through the sliding glass wall. The dining table is by the open kitchen which is fully equipped with a cozy bar. On the mezzanine is a nice zen spot with a cozy lounge and TV.
The villa has five bedrooms, all with king-size beds and air conditioning (2 x 90 x 200 cm), plus one bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There are three bathrooms, two with double sinks, shower and toilet, and one with a bath, shower, double sink, toilet and hairdryer.

Geweldig mooi uitzicht, huis mooi met zwembad veel plezier beleefd. Wel een punt van aandacht, het afval zelf weg te moeten brengen vindt ik raar , vooral voor de prijs die je betaald.

Het is eigenlijk regel bij alle villa's die wij verhuren. Simpelweg omdat de teams die schoonmaken op de wisseldagen alles op alles zetten om de villa's weer spik en span gereed te maken voor de volgende gasten.
Wij hopen jullie volgend jaar weer te mogen verwelkomen (en als iemand van Team Villa in de buurt is wanneer jullie vertrekken brengen wij graag het afval voor jullie weg :) ) |
