Sainte-Maxime - Villa

This air-conditioned villa with stunning sea views in Sainte Maxime is perfectly located, allowing you to enjoy both peace and entertainment during your holiday. You will be staying close to the beach (about 1.5 km). The nearby forests of the Massif des Maures are perfect for long walks. The house has a fully enclosed garden and its location in a private domain offers you the peace and space usually appreciated on the French Riviera.

There are 3 parking spaces for your cars. They are located above the entrance level. From the car park, stairs lead down to the villa. The attractive and spacious villa, with its beautiful location, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. The heated egg-shaped pool (heatable) most seems to merge with the Mediterranean Sea. The pool is equipped with an infrared alarm system.

The beautiful, covered terrace - with a dining table for 10 people - faces south and is the ideal place to enjoy your meals with the barbecue. Here you can sit out of the sun and enjoy the fantastic views. The garden is nicely diversified with a beautiful lawn, a spacious and partly covered terrace and sunny and shady spots. In terms of relaxation, you can also enjoy yourself as there is a table tennis table and a bowling alley. For the modern (working) person, Wi-Fi is available.

Thanks to its hillside location, the villa consists of 3 distinct levels. On the ground floor are the living areas: the living/dining room and the kitchen, both air-conditioned. In the living room there are 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs next to the TV and a sliding door to the terrace. The dining room, with access to the terrace, is adjacent to and in open communication with the living room.

A few steps (4) up from the dining room lead to 3 of the 5 bedrooms and their 2 bathrooms. One of these bedrooms is the Master Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and sink. The other 2 bedrooms each have an in-room sink and share a very spacious shower (this is in the hallway between the two bedrooms). One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.

The other 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (with toilet), are located below the ground floor (at garden level) and are very nicely finished and decorated in a modern way. One of these rooms has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. The laundry room, where you can use the washing machine and dryer, is also on this level.

All five bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Three are located on the first floor and two on the ground floor. There are a total of 4 toilets, 2 of which are separate and 2 are in a bathroom.

First floor:
• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200cm), air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet in the bathroom
• 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200cm) and air conditioning, with a sink
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200 x 90cm) and air conditioning, with a sink

Shared Italian shower accessible via the corridor. Without a toilet.
Three steps down is a separate toilet.

Ground floor:
• 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (200 x 180cm), air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate toilet in the room
• 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (200 x 90cm), air conditioning, a sink, and a shower, with a separate toilet in the corridor

• Energy costs must be paid on site in cash on arrival. On departureday it will be settled according to consumption measured by meter reading (or it will be deducted from the deposit)
