Enjoy our magnificent air-conditioned villa 83PASS with private heated pool and sublime views. Villa 83PASS is located on a high point in the middle of the golf domain of Sainte-Maxime. The center of Sainte-Maxime and the sandy beaches of La Nartelle with excellent restaurants are less than 5 km away. Would you like to spend a day in Saint-Tropez? You park your car in Sainte-Maxime and get on a ferry: very nice to enter Saint-Tropez through the harbor.

Villa 83PASS has an enclosed, flowery garden of 3000m2 with generous parking for several cars.
From the terraces, the pool and even from the villa you look out over the golf course and the bay of Saint-Tropez on the one hand and over the sea towards Les Issambres on the other: great views!

The "joie de vivre" feeling continues in the lounge, where you can enjoy the beautiful audio installation, flat screen television (satellite) and DVD player. The excellently equipped kitchen opens onto two terraces and features a large built-in gas barbecue. Outside, sun beds await you on the sun terrace by the pool. On the covered terrace overlooking the golf course and port of Sainte-Maxime is a long wooden dining table. On a second covered terrace there is a lounge set and here you look at the sea and Les Issambres.

The villa has four bedrooms and an apartment with one bedroom and a separate sleeping area for children.
On the first floor in the villa, you will find the master bedroom with a dressing room and a double bedroom. Both rooms have access to the terrace. They share a nice bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a balcony.

The guest house is also air-conditioned, and you reach it either via a staircase up from the parking lot, or from a staircase down by the pool. There is a terrace and through sliding doors you step into a large living area with sitting area and a kitchen with a bar. The sleeping area is separated and there are two single beds there. A hall with access to the bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet complete this guest house.
