The garden surrounding the house is an oasis of tranquility with subtropical vegetation, old trees and flowering borders. There are several terraces, perfect for relaxing or cozy meals. The large front terrace, partly covered, offers a panoramic view over the bay towards Saint-Tropez and you can also keep an eye on the pool. Here you will find a long dining table and a comfortable lounge area. A second terrace adjoins the kitchen and is ideal for breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

Upon arrival, a wide staircase leads to the entrance, where you will find a guest toilet and access to the living room, dining room and kitchen. The spacious living room has large sliding doors to the aforementioned large terrace. The dining room, thanks to its glass windows, offers beautiful views of the surroundings and is connected by a few steps to the fully equipped kitchen, which gives access to the smaller terrace.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a balcony with a breathtaking view of the sea. Then on the living floor you will find two bedrooms sharing a large balcony with sea views and a shared bathroom.
On the garden level there are three bedrooms, one with an en suite bathroom and two that share a bathroom. In addition, there is a separate shower room. These bedrooms have patio doors to the garden.

The spacious private pool is surrounded by a hedge and has two entrance gates. In the pool there are wide steps on either side to the shallow end of the pool, while on the other side iron steps give access to the deep end. Around the pool are comfortable sun beds and umbrellas.
You can also use a hard-court tennis court and a bocce court.
Ample parking is available, including a carport for two cars.
All facilities are exclusive to you.

Final and interim cleaning are included, as well as the use of linen (sheets, towels, bath towels and kitchen towels, excluding beach towels. You can rent these).
Upon request and at an additional cost, we can arrange for an experienced cook to prepare delicious meals and a babysitter for added convenience. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
The caretakers live in a completely separate and private home on the other side of the property. They take care of maintenance so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Blissful luxury air-conditioned villa for 10-12 people with great sea view, is located in the hills of Sainte Maxime. The view is on the Mediterranean sea, and on the golf course of Sainte Maxime is amazing. The villa has been built and decorated under architecture, including the garden. The result is magnificent. Comfort and unity play a major role and that is both visible and tangible. The Mediterranean garden is delightful with its (covered) terraces. Garden furniture with thick cushions is waiting for you. The tight lawn with adjacent special plants and flower bushes, the sun terraces that go over into the swimming pool; it is a picture. The wide steps of the pool offer the opportunity to quietly descend into it or for children to play. The pool is secured with an electric cover and is heatable (summer months). In the shade next to the villa is a table tennis table. When you enter the villa, you will find yourself in a spacious entrance hall, followed by a voluminous living room. The eye-catcher is the large glass sliding wall; the view is spectacular! The salon itself has an inviting seating area and a beautiful floor. The salon seamlessly flows into the dining room via an arcade. The dining table and chairs are next to a second, large glass sliding wall. When you walk past the dining table, you automatically enter the beautiful, modern kitchen (the fridge / freezer with ice machine is of course not lacking).
