During your stay you can optimally enjoy everything this southern French seaside resort and its immediate surroundings have to offer. If you would like to visit Saint Tropez, you can also leave your car. From the harbour there is a frequent ferry service; within about 20 minutes you will be between the luxury yachts in the harbour of this fashionable seaside resort. The 18-hole golf course of Sainte Maxime can be reached within 10 minutes by car. This villa is the ideal base for all kinds of excursions, but offers you so much comfort that relaxing in the garden, on the terraces and swimming in your private pool is also very tempting. The private area is completely fenced and equipped with a gate behind which a parking space for a few cars. The subtropical vegetation is beautiful; olive trees and eucalyptus trees alternate with palm trees and mimosa trees. Herbs such as rosemary, thyme, lavender provide a very pleasant fragrance. A path takes you to the first terrace at the villa, where a comfortable dining set is waiting for you. French doors allow you to step inside for a bite to eat or a drink. A few steps up and you will reach the beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace. Here you will find sunbeds with parasols and a second dining set. The swimming pool measures no less than 12 x 5 metres and is heatable, so you can enjoy it early in the spring even with small children. The wide walk-in steps are ideal for lazing around and children can enjoy themselves for hours. Between the trees you have a glimpse of the sea. For entertainment there is a petanque court. When you walk around the villa you will automatically see the veranda at the back; the perfect place to enjoy that good book in peace and quiet. Inside you step from the entrance into the living room. This is beautifully designed with six semicircular windows with French doors. The light can flow in freely and creates a pleasant atmosphere. From the three-seater sofa or from one of the four armchairs you can enjoy the large flat screen television with Dutch channels. There is an open connection to the living kitchen. Here is a wooden dining table for 8 people and there are French doors to the veranda. The kitchen with cooking island is well equipped and invites you to prepare delicious meals. There are two wings, each with two bedrooms for two persons. All beds are boxspring beds that can be placed either against each other or apart. In both wings you will find a bathroom which is shared by the two bedrooms concerned. Two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and two with fans. Thanks to the electric shutters you can keep it pleasantly cool everywhere. A pleasant detail is that two bedrooms have direct access to the veranda. Available for children; 2 camping beds, football, petanque balls, pool toys, family games, DVD player and television with Dutch channels.
