This villa dates back to the 1920s: the atmosphere and many details have been preserved while you will enjoy contemporary luxury.
Air-conditioned lounge and bright kitchen with modern appliances, including an American fridge. The covered terrace with a barbecue and access to the kitchen is a blissful place to enjoy many hours; of course with the stunning sea view as a living panorama.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms and bathrooms and upstairs also a bedroom with a bathroom. The fourth bedroom is accessible from outside via the terrace.
