Villa la Motte

Villa La Motte is quiet and very favorably located to the sun just outside La Motte and not too far from the cozy Draguignan. The spacious villa consists of two parts with private living areas connected by the terrace. On the large grounds you will find several mature trees and Mediterranean plants. From the sun-drenched terrace you have a beautiful view of the surrounding vineyards and the village of La Motte.

Villa La Motte has a cozy and attractive interior with a spacious living room with fireplace and television (with Dutch channels). The large antique dining table in the lounge seats 12 people and occupies a central position. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and a room that serves as a nursery. 3 of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Of these, 2 bedrooms have two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. In the third bedroom you will find a double bed and also an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. All rooms offer access to a large balcony with lovely views.

The other bedrooms are located in the studio which is only accessible from the terrace. This offers an additional living room with sitting area and TV. Also here you will find an open kitchen and the spacious bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor there are 2 large bedrooms, one with four single beds and one with a double bed, as well as a toilet and sink. There is also a small bedroom with a crib. For small children there is a high chair, a playpen and a baby bath. You reach this floor via a narrow spiral staircase.

Outside you will find the great and cozy outdoor kitchen. This is located on a spacious outdoor terrace with large dining table that guarantees cozy hours during the summer evenings. Around the villa you will find several (sometimes covered) terraces so you will always find your favorite place to relax. This is especially possible at the large private pool which is equipped with an alarm and has a size of 9 x 4.5 meters. A large terrace (40m2) covers the entire width of the villa and is well enclosed. to protect small children who therefore can not just walk to the garden and pool. In the garden there is a storage shed and a petanque court. There is also a table tennis table.

The nearest beaches of Frejus and Saint Raphael are about 30 minutes' drive away and Nice, Cannes or Saint-Tropez can normally be reached within 1 hour. In the vicinity, the hinterland of Provence, you will find beautiful nature, picturesque villages with nice markets and good restaurants. Be sure to visit the lively Draguignan.
